What your Vietnam e-visa application covers and how processing speed affects the price on our application form.
What you pay
When you apply through Vien Dong, the price on our online application form is the total for that visa type and processing option. It includes our assistance and the applicable government application cost. Vietnamese immigration authorities decide whether the visa is approved.
That includes document review, submission, and Australian phone support from our Melbourne team. The tables below show each option per applicant in Australian dollars. Single-entry and multiple-entry prices are listed separately.

Standard vs urgent processing
Standard processing is the lowest price. Urgent, 24 hour, and weekend-rate choices cost more because each option has its own price. The figure in the table is the full amount for that choice. Multiple-entry visas are not charged at the single-entry price. Use the multiple-entry table for those amounts.

Before you pay
- Your exact total appears on the application form once you choose visa type, processing speed, and number of applicants.
- Standard processing (7 working days) and urgent 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday) do not include weekends or applicable public holidays. The single-entry 24 hour option also excludes weekends and public holidays. The 24 hour weekend rate is a separate price. These timeframes are not a guarantee of approval.
- We accept secure online card payment on the application form.

Does the price on the form cover the full application?
Yes. The amount on the application form is the total for the visa type and processing option you select, per applicant, in Australian dollars. It includes Vien Dong's assistance and the applicable government application cost. There is nothing further to pay at checkout.
What are the current fees?
All prices are in Australian dollars, per applicant. Tourism — 3-month single entry: Standard processing (7 working days) is $100; Urgent 2–3 working days (Mon–Fri) is $210; 24 hours (except weekends/holidays) is $395; 24 hours (weekend rate) is $550. Tourism — 3-month multiple entry: Standard processing (7 working days) is $160; Urgent 2–3 working days (Mon–Fri) is $270; 24 hours is $455; 24 hours (weekend rate) is $610. Multiple-entry prices are listed separately from single-entry prices. 5-year visa exemption: 7–14 working days is $120.
Why does urgent processing cost more?
Urgent, 24 hour, and weekend-rate options are priced separately from standard processing. The amount shown for the option you choose already includes Vien Dong's assistance and the applicable government application cost. It is not an extra fee added on top of the price shown.
Do fees apply per traveller?
Yes. If you apply for more than one person on the same form, the total reflects each applicant and the processing speed selected for the group.
When do I pay?
Payment is taken securely online when you submit the application. The form shows your full total in Australian dollars before you confirm.
Can I get advice before I apply?
Yes. Call (03) 9687 1057 with your visa type, travel date, and number of travellers. We will help you choose the right processing option.
How do you store and delete my passport information?
We take our responsibilities with your data seriously. Documents you upload are encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow a strict deletion process at regular intervals, and passport information is not held for more than 30 days before it is permanently removed. Your files are only used to process your visa application.
