Yes. Card payments are processed through Stripe. Documents you upload are encrypted, and we follow a strict deletion process so passport information is not held for more than 30 days. We take our responsibilities with your data seriously.

Call us immediately on (03) 9687 1057. The form includes 24 hour processing and a separately priced 24 hour weekend rate for eligible visa types, when documents are complete. The single-entry 24 hour option does not cover weekends or public holidays. These options are not a guarantee of approval.

For tourism single-entry and multiple-entry applications, standard processing is 7 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Single entry is $100 and multiple entry is $160, per applicant. Vietnamese immigration authorities make the final decision.

For a 3-month single-entry tourism visa, the fastest listed option is 24 hours (except weekends/holidays), at $395 per applicant. The separate weekend option is 24 hours (weekend rate), at $550. Multiple-entry prices are different: 24 hours is $455, and 24 hours (weekend rate) is $610. These are processing targets, not a guarantee of approval.

No. Standard processing and urgent 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday) exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. The single-entry 24 hour option also excludes weekends and public holidays. If you need the visa handled over a weekend, choose the separately priced 24 hour weekend rate. The holiday calendar on this page lists closures that can delay applications. Choosing that option does not guarantee approval.

Apply at least 3–4 weeks before travel if your dates fall near Tet (Lunar New Year) or National Day (2 September). For standard 7-day processing, we recommend applying at least two weeks before departure at any time of year.

No. The options on our form are processing targets for when your documents are complete and correct. Vietnamese immigration authorities decide whether a visa is approved. Delays can occur during peak periods, public holidays, or if corrections are required.

Each visa type has its own processing choices and prices. A 3-month multiple-entry visa is not charged at the single-entry amount. The 5-year exemption has one option: 7–14 working days. The application form shows only the choices for the visa type you select.

If you stay airside and do not pass through immigration, you may not need a visa for a pure transit. If you collect luggage, leave the airport, or pass immigration for any reason, even for a few hours, you normally need a visa or an exemption that matches your passport. Rules differ by airline and airport, so check with your carrier before you book.

Yes, if changing airports means entering Vietnam. For example, flying into Ho Chi Minh City and later departing from Hanoi with bags to collect in between. Moving between cities on one entry after you have already cleared immigration is fine on a single-entry visa. You only need multiple entry if you leave Vietnam and come back again later on the same trip.

Immigration looks at the passport you travel on, not your home address. A UK passport holder living in Footscray follows UK rules, even when flying from Melbourne. With two passports, pick the one that works best and use it consistently for booking, check-in, and the application.

Yes. For a standard holiday, Australian passport holders need a visa arranged before travel. Most people use the e-visa route. You can apply through us; we review your paperwork before it goes to the official system.

It depends on the passport, not only the country. An ordinary Philippine passport is visa-free for up to 21 days, an ordinary Singapore passport for up to 30 days, and an ordinary Panama or Chile passport for up to 90 days. A separate group of countries has a temporary stay of up to 45 days: a unilateral exemption until 14 March 2028, or a tourism programme until 14 August 2028. Diplomatic and official passports often have a different length of stay. An e-visa is a visa arranged before travel. It is not the same as a visa exemption. Check the Ministry of Foreign Affairs list, because the rules change.

Only at entry points listed on the official e-visa site and on your approval letter. If your approval shows an airport, you cannot use that same e-visa at a land crossing unless that port is also authorised. Choose the correct entry point when you apply.

Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City and elsewhere on one continuous visit count as a single stay. Single entry is usually enough. Multiple entry is for leaving Vietnam and returning again within the visa validity period.

No. Applications must be submitted while you are outside the country. Lodging from within Vietnam will be refused.

Yes. If you apply for more than one person on the same form, the total reflects each applicant and the processing speed selected for the group.

If Vietnamese immigration approves the application, the e-visa is issued electronically. Print the approval letter and carry it with your passport. Airlines and border staff may ask to see it before boarding or on arrival.
